Available as a school plan to support whole-school use of Ochre resources. By purchasing an annual subscription, you’re helping to support our mission. How an Annual Subscription works
to purchase 12 months access as a school. Note that we also offer individual teacher purchases in imited circumstances. On purchasing a school Subscription, you will become your school administrator.
After payment, you can access your account. For school access, administrators can immediately allocate access to teachers who have already registered with Ochre, or invite them to register and add them to your school plan. You can manage access through your Profile (Homepage top right).
Once you have allocated Subscription access to teachers, they will automatically have access to all the features of the Annual Subscription.
All users with access can utilise:

How to purchase an Annual Subscription
You can purchase a 12 month subscription for a school team or an individual. See our pricing guide below.
In line with our mission, we are committed to ensuring no barriers to access for schools. Our low-cost pricing structure has been designed to support access for all schools, including small schools. If your school is presented with specific barriers to access because of hardship, please contact us to discuss.
Note that Annual Subscription does not include access to our Purchased Curriculum resources (Middle Years Novel Studies), which will need to be purchased separately, or accessed through a donated licence.
School Annual
Subscription
✓Anyone from your school can purchase your Ochre Annual Subscription.
✓Login or create an account to purchase, ensuring your profile reflects your current school.
✓Pay by Credit Card for instant access, or request an invoice.
✓All teachers from your school can use the Annual Subscription with their existing Ochre account (or create one if they are new to Ochre).
✓If you school is not listed (including international schools), please contact us at subscription@ochre.org.au in order to purchase a subscription.
✓Cancel at any time. Noting all subscriptions are annual, we do not offer a monthly option.
Individual Annual
Subscription
Individual Teacher Subscription is available in limited circumstances. For example, for casual relief teachers, initial teacher education students or allied health practitioners. We encourage school subscriptions to support effective whole-school curriculum implementation. Please check if your school has a School Subscription before purchasing an Individual Subscription.
An individual subscription enables you to access the Annual Subscription use your existing Ochre account to purchase (or create a new account if you are new to Ochre).
Individual Annual Subscription costs $150 per year.

How the price of a School Annual Subscription is calculated
Remember all of our core materials are free for all schools to access.
Extra small school (up to 100 enrolments)
Small school (101 to 500 enrolments)
Medium school (501 to 1000 enrolments)
Large school (1001+ enrolments)
Pre-paid School Plan available for schools from the following schooling systems: Catholic Education Sandhurst, Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn, Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools, Tasmanian Government schools.
