Today, we’re proud to launch our first impact report. This is a celebration of what teachers, leaders, and our partners have achieved together.
In just three years, Ochre has grown from an idea into one of Australia’s largest education charities. We now work with over 100,000 teachers in more than 80% of schools nationwide.
In 2024, we expanded our library to more than 4,000 English, Maths, and Science lessons. These were developed with input from over 400 practicing teachers and now reach thousands of classrooms. Teachers tell us Ochre saves them over three hours each week – time they can spend on supporting student learning.
We also launched new initiatives to lift quality and deepen impact. We piloted our first internal Quality Review and rolled out the Advancing Curriculum for Equity project to support priority schools. We also helped elevate teacher voices in national policy conversations about curriculum and equity.
The impact is clear. Most teachers say our resources improve curriculum design, ease workload and improve student learning growth.
At Ochre, our mission is to give all teachers access to high-quality, evidence-based curriculum resources. These resources are free, easy to use, and designed for diverse classrooms. We’re grateful to the teachers, partners, and supporters who are helping us deliver our mission. We look forward to working with you in the future.
